Epic Old Man Mistreated by Kids

Paramedic leaves an epic old man with some random pedestrians. As soon as she's gone, a gang of naughty kids show up and steal his intravenous solution. These good samaritans are at a loss as they try to get the solution back, all wishing to time travel back in the 1800s when it wasn't illegal to beat the tar out of such misbehaving brats.
